The customer is responsible for the shipping fees, which amount to 20AED and should be paid directly to the courier upon receiving the gift.

The primary goal of this promotion is to connect with our customers, gain insights into their perceptions of our brand, and enhance our products according to their desires and requirements.

We will ship the gift after your review is verified by our team. Shipping will take 3 to 6 days. Review verification can take up to 5 days.

To take advantage of this promotion, you must provide a screenshot of your published review, along with your order number and voucher number. Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in the cancellation of this offer.

A customer is eligible to redeem the same product only once. If the customer purchases the same product again, they will not be eligible for a gift, even if the new order includes a free sticker.

If a customer purchases more than one unit of the same product, they will be eligible to redeem only one unit, regardless of the order quantity.

A maximum of two different products can be gifted per order, regardless of the order quantity or variety. For example, if a customer purchases three different products or more, they will be eligible for two products only and can select two different products from their order to be gifted.

The offer must be claimed within 15 days from the order date. After this period, the offer cannot be redeemed.

When products are grouped on a single page (such as a website where you purchase the product), the customer is eligible for one gift from the other available flavors or varieties. For example, if protein powder is listed on one page with three flavors and the customer purchases all three flavors, he will only be eligible to redeem one unit. If the customer purchases another flavor in the future from the same page, he will not be eligible for the gift, even if their order includes a voucher code because grouped products are treated as a single product. This offer is available only to customers residing in the United Arab Emirates, and shipping will be within the UAE only.

The gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions that we run currently or in the future.

Attempting to edit existing reviews, manipulate, redeem vouchers multiple times, or use different accounts for manipulation is illegal and punishable by law.
